OnCore, Yale's new Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS), seamlessly integrates all of the components of research activity across the research enterprise. It provides an informatics infrastructure for managing research, including the full range of operational components (clinical, regulatory, financial and administrative) and electronic integration of patient demographics, study-specified visits and laboratory results. OnCore is designed to lessen the burden on investigators and research staff, so that conducting research is organized and efficient. It is not limited to administrative tasks, however. OnCore has the capability to capture and store research data that can be exported for additional analyses and reporting.
