Stress and Resilience Town Halls Are Being Offered

June 04, 2020

The Yale Department of Psychiatry will continue to offer virtual “Stress and Resilience Town Halls” over Zoom that are open to all faculty, residents, and staff at Yale School of Medicine and Yale New Haven Health. Virtual meetings will take place twice daily and run for up to an hour. Individuals can attend as frequently as they like.

These Town Halls are a way to connect, decompress, and reinforce skills to promote resilience in coping with the stress of supporting patients with COVID-19 and their families as well as in dealing with the increased work and personal demands of the pandemic. Each Town Hall will also provide attendees with information and resources about obtaining additional assistance and support. Town Halls will be led by experienced professionals who are faculty in the Yale Department of Psychiatry.

All individuals in the Medical School and the Yale New Haven Health System are welcome to join.
