What is the purpose of this trial?

Who?

Pregnant mothers who have a family member with autism
Newborns and infants under the age of 4 months who have a family member with autism

What?

Studies of social, emotional, and cognitive development from birth through 24 months

Why?

Discover processes contributing to development of autism in infants and help to improve their long-term outcomes

What Else?

This study is free of cost to families
Families are compensated up to $300 for study participation
