Mental Health & Behavioral Research

What is the purpose of this trial?

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people who are involved in the criminal justice system, who are at risk for (or living with HIV), and are homeless, experiencing mental illness, difficulties with substance use, or need help with employment. We will help connect you to medical and behavioral health services, housing, employment, and addiction treatment through a collaboration between Yale School of Medicine and Liberty Community Services.
