Apheresis for Collection of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) for Clinical and Basic Science Research

Diseases of the Blood

Phase Pilot

What is the purpose of this trial?

We are proposing to collect peripheral blood mononuclear cells from healthy donors via apheresis for 2 purposes: 1) for use as "feeder cells" in developing novel cellular immunotherapy protocols at Yale, and 2) to have a "bank" of cryopreserved mononuclear cells and cells derived there from for researchers at Yale.
