What is the purpose of this trial?

This study aims to assess the ability of the [F-18] MOZAT radiotracer to measure levels of 11β-HSD1 in the brain and the correlation of these levels with clinical and imaging biomarkers of PTSD. In order to accomplish this we will utilize both PET and MRI Imaging.
