Yale Medical Group, the clinical practice of the Yale School of Medicine and the largest academic multi-specialty practice in New England, has been advancing medicine for more than 200 years. But now it has a new name: Yale Medicine.
“We acknowledge the need to focus on the continuum of care and are constantly adapting our practice to follow suit,” said Paul Taheri, CEO of Yale Medicine. “That’s why we’re pleased to announce that Yale Medical Group is rebranding as Yale Medicine.”

The new brand signals an increased emphasis on collaboration, among care teams as well as with patients and partners. The goal: To work together to achieve the best care possible.
