Research Summary

My research addresses the role of sleep and sleep disorders in chronic medical and psychiatric conditions and the effects of behavioral sleep interventions on sleep and sleep-related patient outcomes. This work spans the trajectory of acute and chronic conditions and has addressed the role of sleep disturbance among adults with cardiovascular conditions; sleep in the acute and critical care setting; and sleep in childbearing families living with economic adversity.
