Low-Dose PET/CT for Imaging Small Lung Nodules

What is the purpose of this trial?

We have developed a series of new technologies to improve the capability of low-dose PET imaging of small lung nodules. In this study, we will apply these new software-based imaging methods on patients with lung nodules detected by chest CT scans. The hypothesis is that with our new Ultra Low-Dose (ULD) PET/CT imaging methods, small lung nodules in the range of 4-8 mm size can be detected and accurately quantified by PET.
