Release to Study Monitor is a Yale Research Informatics Office process by which research participants' patient charts are released to a Research Study Monitor. Patient charts are released for the duration of the monitoring visit. Research Study Monitors will utilize their EpicCare Link account to access patient charts. Study team members will release their patients to the Research Study Monitor.
