I am a cardiac electrophysiologist at the Yale School of Medicine. I perform complex ablations, implant devices and perform lead extractions. My main interest is lead management and extraction. This involves evaluating and treating patients with malfunctioning or infected implantable cardiac devices. I lecture nationally and internationally on this subject. I perform research in the field of lead management and have been involved in the development in an internationally used rescue balloon in the field of extraction.
