Lisa Fucito, PhD, associate professor of psychiatry and director of the Tobacco Treatment Service at Smilow Cancer Hospital, was named a semifinalist in the Yale Life Sciences PitchFest 2022 held December 8 in New Haven.
Fucito was among 32 of Yale’s most promising innovators who presented projects to a panel of 16 industry leaders serving as judges. Each presenter was selected as finalists for the Blavatnik Fund for Innovation at Yale, a Yale Ventures accelerator focused on supporting the commercialization of early-stage life sciences research and technology.
Her proposal was in digital health, specifically an integrated digital therapeutic and health data analytics platform for chronic disease prevention and management.
