Yale Medicine's Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation opened a new state-of-the-art facility at 67 Masonic Avenue, Wallingford, CT 06492, Parking Lot A, 1st Floor.
A ribbon cutting event was held on Thursday, November 4, 2021, where brief remarks were made by leaders from: Yale New Haven Hospital, Yale Medicine, Yale New Haven Health, Yale School of Medicine Department of Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation, Masonicare, and elected officials.
Irvin Oh, MD, vice chair of clinical affairs and an orthopaedic surgeon with the Department of Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation, was among those who spoke about this new facility.
“As a multi-specialty site, the fact that we can bring Yale Orthopaedics along with several other healthcare specialists together in one location is a tremendous benefit to the long-term well-being of this community, Oh said. “For that, we are grateful and look forward to providing the level of patient-centered care that Yale is known for.”
Yale Medicine is the clinical operation of the Yale School of Medicine, where department faculty practice medicine and provide care to patients in a more standard doctor's office setting.
