YSM faculty, staff gather for Respect Retreat
Educators and conversation moderators from TIME'S UP Healthcare held a daylong Respect Retreat on improving culture and climate in medicine. Invited to YSM's campus by Darin Latimore, MD, deputy dean for diversity and inclusion and chief diversity officer, the moderators came from leadership positions within the medical community, and helped guide conversations about concrete steps forward.
