Xuefei Tian, MD

Dr. Tian graduated from Tong Ji Medical University (M.D) and Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) (Ph.D specialized in Nephrology) in China. He finished his residency training in internal medicine and nephrology fellowship training in China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Beijing, China. He was awarded the FASN (Fellow, ASN) in 2010. He was certified by ECFMG (Educational Commission For Foreign Medical Graduates) in 2015. His primary research interest is the study of proteinuric kidney diseases with the current focus on the podocyte biology function. Dr. Tian is the co-author of more than 60 publications in professional peer-reviewed medical journals in the kidney fields.
