Warren Woodrich Pettine, MD

Postdoctoral Fellow

Research Summary

Dr. Pettine's Computational Psychiatry approach centers on developing computational models and experimental tasks to investigate judgements under uncertainty and decision confidence. To do this, he utilizes biophysical neural networks, algorithmic reinforcement learning, machine learning and online tasks. He is particularly interested in how this research can shed light on conditions such as obsessive compulsive disorder and autism, as well as method to improve judgement calibration.
