Dr. Choi's primary research interests and experience are in the field of healthcare delivery improvement. Specifically, Dr. Choi has studied the impact of clinical quality improvement and patient safety efforts on the outcomes of patients and populations; and ultimately their entire healthcare experience. Discovering and understanding how to best influence these critical behaviors that lead to better performance and outcomes is his passion.
