Research Summary
Dr. Riedel's research focuses on patient-related outcomes in connection with their injuries. He seeks to answer how our care for patients impacts their lives and return to function. He also explores how bone heals, examining the biomechanical properties of orthopaedic implants and how they compare to those of bone. He is interested in improving how we care for patients in order to best return them to what they enjoy doing as quickly and safely as possible.
