Leslie Blatt

Leslie Blatt, MSN, PMHCNS (BC), ACHPN, is one of the cofounders of the Yale Palliative Care Service. Leslie received her master's degree from Yale University. Along with her psychiatric and hospice and palliative care certifications, she is certified in Pain Management and lectures for the End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium. She has published numerous articles and coauthored a number of book chapters related to palliative care. Leslie has presented regionally and nationally on topics such as vulnerable populations, conflict resolution, and miracles in goals of care conversations. Leslie has received numerous awards including the 2016 Ruth McCorkle Oncology Advanced Practice Award, the 2011 Safe Passage Award Connecticut End of Life Coalition, and the 2011 Yale New Haven Hospital Surgical Nursing Education Award.
