Abdelrahman has worked in clinical translational gynecologic research at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine since 2018. His research work has centered on the intersection of cardiometabolic risk and benign gynecology and the outcomes of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. At Yale, Abdelrahman has shifted to gynecologic cancer research as he prepares to pursue a fellowship in the field. Particularly interested in ovarian cancer research advancement, Abdelrahman hopes to be part of the movement that revolutionizes the paradigm for ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment.
