Provider Consultation Service

This consultation resource is for clinicians, administrators and leaders of healthcare systems who would like to consult about their continuing care of young people with recent onset psychosis between the ages of 16 and 35.

If you are not calling to consult about individuals under your continuing care, but instead need treatment for yourself or wish to make a referral on behalf of someone with recent onset psychosis and between the ages of 16 and 35, please call our referral line: 203-200-0140. We accept referrals from anyone who has the consent of the individual affected with psychosis.

Our services are currently limited to the state of Connecticut. If you would like to consult us from outside the state or the US, please get in touch with us by sending an email to stepconsult@yale.edu.
