Opiate modulation of feeding

What is the purpose of this trial?

This study examines brain response to food before and after the intake of medications usually used for pain like Morphine.  These medications are associated with increased body weight but the reason for this association is still unknown. Therefore, participants brain response to food will be study in an MRI scanner before and after the ingestion of one dose of Morphine or Naltrexone (which blocks Morphine) or a inactive pill (placebo).

Ages: 18 years and older

Gender: Both
