Dr. Pittenger is Professor and Assistant Chair for Translational Research in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale. He holds a Ph.D. in neurobiology, earned under the tutelage of Nobel Prize winning psychiatrist Eric Kandel. Dr. Pittenger has a long history of cutting-edge, collaborative, and trans-disciplinary research, which continues in this Center.
