Barbara Walsh

Dr. Walsh served as the Clinical Director of PRIME for many years. In that role, Dr. Walsh oversaw the clinical evaluation and treatment performed on young people at the clinic and was responsible for providing psychoeducation on the early warning signs of serious mental illness in young people to a wide variety of communities.
She has over 25 years of experience and many publications including the book “The Psychosis-Risk Syndrome” published by Oxford University Press. Extensive experience in family, child and adolescent therapy mark Dr. Walsh’s clinical training. Most recently, Dr. Walsh has shifted her focus to the research activities of the Clinic.
