Dr. Melnick's November 14th talk, "Academia Demystified: EM Research Career Development & Guideline Implementation" was a primer on the topic of a research career path for emergency physicians and included highlights of his past work and upcoming AHRQ K award project. The University of Virginia DEM's special grand rounds session featured 5 members of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) Clinical Policies Committee.
