Free afternoon group meditation for the Yale community held on Zoom from 12:15 - 12:45 PM EST. Sessions are held each semester, mid-September through mid-December and mid-January to end of May.
Meditations are a mix of guided and silent. Time for reflections and optional sharing is also included at the conclusion of the practice. Beginners welcome! No experience necessary. No special equipment required. Open to all Yale affiliates.
