Title: Impacts of Major Crises on Addiction Care: Disruption, Resilience, and the ‘New Normal’
Learning Objectives:
- Explore how addiction care systems at all levels (patients and providers, medical facilities, and national and international institutions) cope and adapt to crises.
- Discuss empirical evidence that illuminates perspectives of different addiction care stakeholders as they navigate the ‘new normal’.
- Recognize the extent to which emergent solutions for addiction care during a crisis are sustainable over time and innovations they can set in motion.
Addiction Medicine Rounds are CME accredited. Each session will be assigned 1 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM
