Being Well at Yale Hosts: "Drop-in Meditation"
Discover the benefits of meditation in a casual online group environment. Sessions are partly guided with periods of silence. Danielle Casioppo, Health Educator and certified yoga teacher for Being Well at Yale leads the sessions. She is available to answer questions before and after meditation.
The Zoom sessions open at 12:10 PM EST and meditation begins promptly at 12:15 PM EST.
Beginners are welcome! No experience necessary, no equipment needed.
Open to all Yale faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
The sessions are being held on Zoom only for spring - fall 2020. Sessions will resume for fall semester in August.
