Jennifer manages the Office of Education and oversees the administration of the department's medical education programs with special responsibility for the psychiatry residency program.
Associate Director of Medical Education Administration
Gina works closely with Jennifer to manage all aspects of the department's medical education programs. She is the administrator with primary responsibility for overseeing the Medical Student Education Program, which includes the Psychiatry Clerkship and the Electives Program for US and International students. In addition, Gina works closely with one of the Associate Program Directors regarding program compliance.
David Michael Nestico
Project Coordinator, Residency Program
Project Coordinator Psychiatry
David is responsible for coordinating and completing a variety of administrative projects and tasks for the residency program. These include assisting residents in applying for medical licenses and visas, coordinating resident didactic lectures, and working with residents regarding event management and planning. David also plays a significant role in the recruitment process and orientation for incoming residents.
Catherine processes and responds to all requests for training verification, manages fellowship and award opportunities for residents, organizes the resident/faculty holiday party, and coordinates other special education initiatives. In addition, Catherine provides administrative support and calendar management to the Program Director. As of 2018, Catherine will be a Notary Public.
Ross is responsible for managing the clinical rotation evaluation process in MedHub for our residents and faculty. He works directly with Dr. Esperanza Diaz to manage the Core Skills and Clinical Exam courses. Ross also manages the program's elective opportunities, assists with training verifications, and manages the GME Track Survey (FRIEDA). In addition, he is the Coordinator of the Long Term Care Clinic.
