Homeless Services

CSN provides a variety of specialized clinical, case management, residential and housing services addressing homelessness. These include the Outreach and Engagement Program, Taking Initiative Center, Supportive Housing Program (SHP) which provides transitional and permanent housing for individuals who are homeless, and New Haven Shelter Plus Care which offers permanent rental assistance certificates to individuals who are homeless.
