Biography
Dr. Massaro obtained a Medical Degree from Albany Medical College, then went on to complete a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Maryland Medical Center Hospital for Children. Dr. Massaro is Board Certified in Pediatrics and recently completed subspecialty training in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at the Yale University School of Medicine. In 2009, Dr. Massaro joined the faculty as a Clinical Instructor in Pediatrics. In addition, she is a junior investigator in the Yale Stem Cell Center under the mentorship of Dr. Diane Krause. Dr. Massaro's clinical and research interests include developmental hematopoieisis and leukemia. She is currently working in the laboratory on several projects related to Acute Megakaryoblastic Leukemia in children.
