Research & Publications
Dr. Vaghela graduated from the Yale-Waterbury Internal Medicine residency in 2017. He completed his Pulmonary Disease fellowship at Norwalk Hospital/Yale University in 2019. He is a current critical care medicine fellow at Yale New Haven Hospital. His research interests include improving COPD diagnosis, ICU process improvement, and he has conducted a clinical trial in the use of airway clearance devices in pneumonia. When not in the hospital, Dr. Vaghela enjoys drone photography as well as working on cars. He will be completing a fellowship in Sleep Medicine next year at Norwalk Hospital/Yale University.
