Research & Publications
Mollie was raised in upstate New York and completed medical school at the University of Rochester. During her time in residency at Yale she has acquired and explored many research interests. In the field of medical education she is obtaining her MHS-MEd with a thesis on her development of a residents-as-educators curriculum, she also was a liaison for two years for medical students in the surgical clerkship. Additionally, she spent her dedicated professional development years in a basic science fetal surgery lab under PI and pediatric surgeon Dr. Stitelman, exploring minimally invasive approaches to prenatally diagnosed diseases. She also is interested in quality improvement and has completed several projects aimed to decrease postoperative opioid over-prescription.
