Biography
Lear Burton earned his BS in sociology, with a minor in international development and Africana Studies, from Brigham Young University this past April. He worked as a research assistant and a teaching assistant as an undergrad in the Sociology Department. As a research assistant, he organized data, ran statistical analysis, and produced tables and graphics. The research he worked on was generally about racial and class differences in educational outcomes. Lear is a fast learner and loves getting to work with a team that has diverse backgrounds and strengths.
