Leandro E. Garcia,Ph.D., is a biologist specializing in molecular biology and genetics. During my Ph.D. at São Paulo State University, Laboratory of Epigenome, we identified modulated microRNAs with role in immune response in leptospirosis. My current work at Ko Lab is characterizing and understanding the transcriptional signatures of host-pathogen interactions in leptospirosis.
