Fernando de Miguel, PhD


Fernando de Miguel studied Biochemistry in University of Navarra (Pamplona, Spain. 2005-2010). He also studied in the University of Groningen (Netherlands) as an Erasmus program student. He moved to Madrid to study a Master of Molecular and Cellular Biology in the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain (2010-2011). He then returned to Pamplona as a graduate student in the Center for Applied Medical Research (CIMA), where he studied the process of alternative splicing in lung cancer (2011-2015). After graduation, he joined the Politi Lab as a Postdoctoral Associate in 2016 to study the mechanisms of acquire resistance to targeted therapies and immunotherapies in lung cancer.
