Dr. Farinaz Seifi is sub-specialized in minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries. Dr.Seifi completed the OBGYN residency at Icahn school of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, then she completed her fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeries (MIGS) at Yale school of Medicine.

She was trained in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgeries to be able to perform the complex gynecologic cases including large fibroids, stage IV endometriosis, patient with large BMI and multiple prior surgeries in minimally invasive fashion. She is board certified in OB/GYN, a Diplomate of American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) , and a Fellow of American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FCOG).

After her fellowship, She joined the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, the division of gynecology at Yale School of Medicine .

Dr. Seifi is passionate about the value of laparoscopic and robotic gynecologic surgeries for the patients as it provides better outcome, faster recovery and improves the quality of post operative life for the patients.
