Eric Boone, PMP, MBA

Eric is a business executive with a broad range of experiences. Prior to coming to CORE he was Vice President, Finance and Operations for Qualidigm where he had oversight for business, finance and project management operations for federal and non-federal contracts and grants. At Qualidigm, Eric successfully designed, planned, and implemented a complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system resulting in streamlined work processes and improved organizational financial insights for leadership and project managers. Prior to Qualidigm, he was CEO for the Hartford Parking Authority where he was brought in to advance the strategic goals through proactive, data-driven decision making in order to improve operational efficiencies. He was Manager of Transient and Design Analysis at Westinghouse. At Westinghouse, he was also a Sr. Project Manager for a $100M portfolio and led a 125+ member multi-disciplinary engineering team working within nuclear reactor buildings. Eric holds certifications in Project Management and Data Analytics. He has mentored and trained project managers in financial and utilization analysis. Eric is a military veteran and served as Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy for 5 years.
