Dr. Dickerman Hollister graduated from Yale College, University of Virginia School of Medicine, and Harvard School of Public Health. He did his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowships in Medical Oncology and Hematology at New York-Cornell and Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital and is board certified in all.
Dr. Hollister opened his practice in Greenwich, CT in 1981. He has served as Chief of Staff at the Greenwich Hospital and as medical director of the hospital’s hospice program. He is past president of both the Fairfield County Medical Association and the Connecticut State Medical Society and has served on the boards of many health-related organizations, including local chapters of the American Red Cross, the Greenwich Health Association, the Leukemia Society, and the Breast Cancer Alliance.
