David Yanez, PhD, MS

Dr. David Yanez is Professor of Research in the Department of Anesthesia at Yale School of Medicine. He has a courtesy appointment in the Department of Biostatistics in the Yale School of Public Health and is Affiliate Professor in the Oregon Health & Science University and Portland State University School of Public Health in the Biostatistics program. Prior to joining Yale University, Dr. Yanez served on the faculty of the OHSU/PSU School of Public Health (2014-2019) and the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Washington (1993-2014). He was Visiting Professor at King Saud University (2013-2014) and Research Scientist at Seattle Children’s Research Institute during a sabbatical year, 2011-2012.
