Research & Publications
Danilo Rojas-Velasquez was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY after his parents immigrated to the US from Honduras. Danilo attended the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College, where he double majored in biochemistry and history. He graduated in 2012 and went on to Yale School of Medicine. At Yale, Danilo did research in a variety of fields, including pediatrics, history of medicine, and mental health. He was also involved in numerous community service and education outreach programs in the community. He graduated in 2017 and is currently a resident in the Psychiatry department, with specific interests in community psychiatry and child & adolescent psychiatry.
