Biography
Courtney manages the Personal Librarian Program for all Yale School of Medicine Students. She works with students to improve their search skills and evidence-based practice. Students can expect regular outreach and communication from their Personal Librarian, acting as a point of contact for students to get started in the library. Courtney is passionate about using her knowledge and skills to teach the best approaches to evidence synthesis to learners at all levels. She is active in professional organizations locally and regionally. She has been an active member of the Yale University Library's Advisory Committee for Diversity & Inclusion since 2021 and currently serves as a Co-Chair.
