Bidisha Nath, MBBS, MPH

Bidisha graduated medical school in India and completed her Masters in Public Health from Southern CT State University. She has over 7 years of experience in health services research, Grant Writing, Program Development including program design, implementation and evaluation. She has experience in Data Analytics and led QI projects. Her research focus is to enhance patient experience, improve population health, reduce cost and improve the work life of health care providers, through health informatics, creative thinking and strategic problem solving. Bidisha has multiple publications in peer review journals and presented at national conferences. Passionate about social justice and health equity Bidisha has led cross-sector coalition for Anti-Tobacco initiative for City of New Haven and public health projects targeting childhood obesity within vulnerable population of New Haven. Outside of work Bidisha enjoys spending time with family, cooking and travelling.
