Avinainder Singh, MD, MMSc


Dr. Singh earned his medical degree at Government Medical College and Hospital, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. He then went on to complete a research fellowship in Cardiac Amyloidosis and Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. While in Boston, he earned a Master of Medical Science degree at Harvard Medical School with a focus in Clinical Investigation. He then went on to pursue residency in Internal Medicine at Yale, where he will be staying on as Chief Resident for Academic Year 2021-2022. His clinical interests include acute care resuscitation, physical exam skills and use of point of care ultrasound as an extension of the physical exam. His research interests include infiltrative cardiomyopathies especially cardiac amyloidosis and premature coronary artery disease.
