Andrew Esposito, MD, MHS (he/his) is a general surgery resident at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He is a Connecticut local who was born and raised in Ledyard, CT in the southeastern portion of the state. He earned a B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at Yale University and was a member of the Yale University Track and Field team. After graduating he spent a year working as a medical assistant in Stamford, CT before completing a post-baccalaureate at Temple University in Philadelphia. He received his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in 2018. He is interested in pursuing a career in colon and rectal surgery and surgical education.
Hobbies: wood working/turning, soccer, spending time with family/friends, reading
