The William H. Prusoff Travel Award
Pharmacology Graduate Students: Application for Travel Funds
Eligibility Requirements:
- The student must be registered as a student in the Pharmacology Department and have a submitted and accepted abstract which will be presented at a national, or international meeting, with the agreement of his/her faculty mentor.
- Pharmacology students may apply for this award anytime during their graduate student tenure within up to 6 years.
- The travel will be awarded up to $2,000 (depending in part, on the cost of travel). No more than two meetings will be allowed in a student’s career at Yale, and funding for two consecutive years, or multiple awards in the same year will also not be allowed.
- The faculty mentor will have the option to supplement the award with permission from Pharmacology Director of Graduate Studies.
Application Requirements
- Your submitted abstract
- Notification of your abstract acceptance (oral, or poster presentation)
- Title, location, and dates of the upcoming meeting
- Letter of support from your faculty mentor
