Yale Tobacco Center of Regulatory Science
General Information
The Yale Tobacco Center of Regulatory Science (TCORS) conducts programmatic research to examine the influence of flavors, and related factors, on preference for and addiction to tobacco products. With the overarching goal of reducing addiction to tobacco products, the Yale TCORS will conduct detailed evaluations of the influence of flavors and sweeteners on the addictive potential of tobacco products. In addition, the center trains scientists, and provides pilot funding to stimulate research related to tobacco regulatory science.
