Biography
Tae Kon Kim, MD, PhD, Clinical Instructor in Medicine (Hematology) at Yale School of Medicine completed his internship and residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL and his clinical fellowship at Yale. He received his medical degree from Seoul National University College of Medicine.
Dr. Kim participates in clinical training required for subspecialty board certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology. He is also a member of Dr. Lieping Chen’s lab, which is working to understand the molecular, biochemical, and functional aspects of cell surface molecular pathways, including both costimulatory and coinhibitory molecules, in the control and modulation of immune responses.
