Biography
Tobias Wasser, MD is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry (Adjunct) in the Law and Psychiatry Division of the Yale School of Medicine and Clinical Associate Professor of Law (Adjunct) in the Yale Law School. Dr. Wasser is a clinician-educator whose scholarly work focuses on research, education, and leadership at the intersections of forensic and public-sector mental health systems. He currently serves as the Chair of Psychiatry at Quinnipiac University's Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine and Chair of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health for Hartford Healthcare's Fairfield Region.
