College Day - Virtual Meeting

The goal of this virtual meeting is to discuss the information that we have presented in the videos regarding your transition from high school to college and to provide you and your parents support as you make this journey. The clinical team hopes to provide reasonable recommendations and frank advice as questions are presented to this multi-disciplinary panel. We will have several current and recent college students on the zoom call to provide their input on managing diabetes while away from home.
